Pete Leone joins ROMTech as a Navy veteran and seasoned Chief of Staff with more than two decades of experience working alongside C-Suite executives, company founders, and other business leaders. With his unique blend of leadership, organizational and strategic planning skills, Mr. Leone is adept at helping companies clearly define their objectives, and then maintain the discipline and follow-through to achieve them.
Mr. Leone’s passion for this field is in acting as a trusted advisor and being a liaison between leadership and stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and streamline operations. His career started as Executive Aide to the Admiral & Intelligence Specialist for the U.S. Navy, followed by serving as Chief of Staff at World Wrestling Entertainment, Bridgewater Associates, CBRE, Gartner, and most recently at a healthcare investment startup based in New York City. Mr. Leone is now working close-at-hand with the CEO to successfully bridge the gap between strategic planning and tactical execution of ROMTech’s business priorities and initiatives.
