Auditing Supervisor


ROMTech now seeks an experienced and dedicated Auditing Supervisor to join our growing billing team.  The Auditing Supervisor will report directly to the Billing Manager. The ideal candidate is located in the NYC Metro area, has a high attention to detail and recent experience managing a remote team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the team to include workflow, escalation and the coordination of division meetings
  • Responsible for approving team members’ leave requests (PTO, etc.) and coordinating sufficient coverage as required
  • Support employee evaluations including performance reviews, corrective action as well as merit increases
  • Approve timesheets and overtime
  • Spearhead both new employee training and continuing education for team members
  • Partner with the People Division on recruitment efforts for the division
  • Responsible for Q&A of the team’s output and meeting deadlines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily, weekly and monthly reports

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position (Medical Data Entry, Medical Receptionist, Medical Call Center)
  • Prior experience working remotely and managing a remote based team, required
  • Dr. Chrono, WestFax, and DocuSign experience, preferred
  • Proven ability to type 60-70 WPM
  • Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft 365)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, osteoarthrosis coding, office billing forms, insurance and governmental payer regulations and other third-party billing requirements, preferred
