Customer Service Field Dispatcher

Location: Brookfield, Connecticut

Overview: 

ROMTech now seeks a Customer Service Field Dispatcher for immediate hire. The Customer Service Field Dispatcher will have the responsibility to organize, direct, and control the flow of physician scripts through the customer service department. The process will be handled in a professional, timely manner while ensuring amazing service. This individual will need to have an entrepreneur mindset to help grow into a fast-developing department. This role will report directly to the Director of Service and will communicate with our ROMTech patients, Field Clinicians, and Physician offices on a daily basis to ensure our overall satisfaction is being maintained. It will be imperative for the individual who enters this position to have a basic understanding of CRM systems and multitasking in high-pressure situations. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate patient onboarding schedules utilizing ROMTech’s proprietary software. 
  • Work directly with Field Clinicians to help ensure that remote onboardings are being done on time and successfully 
  • Routes and resolves schedule problems for the purpose of ensuring all onboardings are covered. 
  • Resolve and/or recommend solutions to incidents, complaints, and/or accidents that occur during onboarding or deliveries of a PortableConnect 
  • Dispatch work to Field Clinicians and assist in various ways to ensure efficient and maximum workflow of the service department. 
  • Deal with sensitive information in a discreet and professional manner. 
  • Review appointment load needed with Upper Management each week or when needed 
  • Will serves as a main point of contact for patient inquiries 
  • Utilizes automated systems to log and retrieve patient information for PortableConnect deliveries 
  • Responsible for communicating directly with our 3PL service to ensure delivery & pick-ups are successfully being completed 
  • Will provide weekly and monthly KPI reports to upper management 
  • Will be responsible for logging all communication within our proprietary software 

Experience: 

  • Previous dispatch experience is preferred 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proven leadership experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry 
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple service needs simultaneously 
  • Quickly and accurately recall information, specifically names, numbers, and details. 
  • Recall details and record information/numbers quickly and correctly. 
  • Work collaboratively and cooperatively with co-workers and personnel from customer agencies. 
  • Present ideas and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Be reliable, and highly dependable in reporting for work on time and as scheduled, on a consistent basis. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
